John Travolta stars as a retired thief who gets roped back into action for one final score in the new crime thriller "Cash Out."

In the upcoming film, for which an official trailer has been released, we see the "Pulp Fiction" star returning to the crime genre, portraying Mason, a criminal mastermind who has left his past behind and is living a quiet life in retirement. However, when his younger brother (played by Lukas Haas) presents him with a lucrative opportunity for a bank heist, Mason finds himself pulled back into the dangerous underworld. As the heist takes a dangerous turn, Mason becomes trapped inside the bank alongside hostages and his brother's crew of robbers. With the FBI and SWAT teams closing in, Mason must find a way to escape.

Adding to the tension is the presence of lead FBI negotiator Decker (played by Kristin Davis), who also happens to be Mason's ex-girlfriend. The trailer teases negotiations between Mason and the FBI, with Mason trying to buy enough time for him to come up with a plan. "Hey Amy. I'm happy it's you," says Travolta's Mason with a wry smile over the phone in the trailer.

Joining Travolta, Haas, and Davis in the cast are rapper Quavo, Natali Yura, Noel Gugliemi, Korrina Rico, and Matt Gerald. The film is directed by first-time feature helmer who goes by the name "Ives."

"Cash Out" is set to debut in theaters and on VOD on April 26th.

synopsis:
In this tense thriller, John Travolta is Mason, leader of a high-end crew of thieves that hang it up for good after a double-cross spells a near miss with the law. But when he's thrust into his younger brother Shawn's (Lukas Haas) hare-brained scheme to rob a bank -- and tempted by what could be his biggest score ever -- Mason jumps right back into his old ways. Then the heist goes awry, and the thieves are trapped inside the bank with hostages while surrounded by SWAT teams, the FBI, and Interpol. Included among the authorities waiting to nab the crew is someone Mason knows well: lead negotiator Decker (Kristin Davis) -- Mason's former lover.
