A salesman struggling with financial woes finds himself entangled in a dangerous world of crime, where uncertainty and peril await at every turn. Take a look at the official trailer for the new crime thriller "Blood for Dust," starring Scoot McNairy and Kit Harington, of Game of Thrones fame.

Directed by Rod Blackhurst, known for co-directing the Netflix documentary "Amanda Knox," the upcoming film stars Scoot McNairy ("Halt and Catch Fire," "Godless") as Cliff, a traveling salesman with a troubled past. Facing financial difficulties, Cliff reconnects with an old acquaintance, a local drug runner and gun trafficker portrayed by Kit Harington in a departure from his usual roles. As Cliff delves deeper into the criminal underworld, he becomes ensnared in a perilous spiral of danger.

Alongside McNairy and Harington, the cast includes Nora Zehetner, Ethan Suplee, Amber Rose Mason, Stephen Dorff, and Josh Lucas.

The film's screenplay is penned by David Ebeltoft, based on a story by Ebeltoft and the director, Rod Blackhurst. Notably, Blackhurst gained recognition with his 2014 short horror film "Night Swim," which he co-wrote and co-directed with filmmaker Bryce McGuire. McGuire subsequently directed the feature-length version of "Night Swim" this year.

"Blood for Dust" premiered to strong reviews at Tribeca last year and is now set to hit theaters and VOD platforms on April 19th.
