"Extraordinary" is a British superhero-inspired sitcom that takes place in a world where everyone possesses a superpower -- with the exception of Jen, a 25-year-old employee at a costume shop who struggles with her lack of extraordinary abilities. Irish actress Mairead Tyers headlines this bittersweet comedy as Jen, an everyday woman living in a world teeming with extraordinary individuals. Her journey of self-discovery deepens in the upcoming second season as she continues to search for her inner strength. Be sure to watch the official trailer for Season 2.

Created and written by Irish comedian Emma Moran, the Hulu series also co-stars Sofia Oxenham as Carrie, Jen's best friend and roommate, who has the ability to communicate with spirits despite working at a legal firm; Bilal Hasna as Kash, Carrie's boyfriend who can manipulate time and shares an apartment with Jen and Carrie; Luke Rollason as "Jizzlord," Jen's new boyfriend, a shapeshifter who spent years trapped as a cat and now struggles with amnesia about his past life; and Siobhan McSweeney as Mary, Jen's mother with a talent for manipulating technology.

"Extraordinary" returns for its second season on March 6th, exclusively on Hulu.

synopsis:
Meet Jen. She lives in a world where everyone has a superpower. Everyone except her ... EXTRAORDINARY is somewhere between a sitcom and an existential crisis: an eye-popping, shocking, hilarious, and bittersweet comedy about finding your way in the world, when all you'll ever be is 'ordinary.'

Season Two picks up where season one spectacularly left off, following Jen (Mairead Tyers) on her journey as she enrolls as a client at the power clinic. Jen soon discovers that the process of finding her power isn't as easy as she hoped, and things in the rest of her life aren't smooth sailing either. Ex-cat, now-boyfriend Jizzlord (Luke Rollason) has had an unexpected revelation about his past, and Kash (Bilal Hasna) and Carrie (Sofia Oxenham) are attempting to be totally mature and dignified about their break-up, which is not easy when they're still living under the same roof. It seems that Jen and the gang are dealing with new levels of adulting and chaos that none of them are prepared for.
