Managing your core five emotions can pose a challenge, but when anxiety enters the equation, it adds an entirely new dimension to the playing field.

Check out the new official "big game" commercial for "Inside Out 2," the sequel to Pixar's beloved 2015 comedic blockbuster that explores the inner workings of the five emotions -- Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust -- residing within a young girl named Riley.

This time around, Riley is a bit older and tackling the fiercely competitive world of ice hockey. While the prospect of participating in the sport is exhilarating for Riley, it triggers the emergence of a new emotion within her: Anxiety, voiced by "Stranger Things" sensation Maya Hawke. Her mere presence disrupts the harmony among the other emotions: Joy (Amy Poehler), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Anger (Lewis Black), Fear (Tony Hale), and Disgust (Liza Lapira).

Directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen, "Inside Out 2" is scheduled for theatrical release in June. Watch the new spot, above.

synopsis:
The little voices inside Riley's head know her inside and out -- but next summer, everything changes when Disney and Pixar's "Inside Out 2" introduces a new Emotion: Anxiety ... Disney and Pixar's INSIDE OUT 2 returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who've long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren't sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she's not alone. Maya Hawke lends her voice to Anxiety, alongside Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear, and Liza Lapira as Disgust.
