Emile Hirsch is on a journey through the depths of his mind in his latest film, "State of Consciousness." Hirsch takes on the role of Stephen, a bewildered man who awakens in a mysterious mental institution, having lost 18 months of his life and all recollection of his past. As Stephen strives to piece together his shattered memories, he grapples with a fundamental question: did he commit a heinous act that led to his current state of confusion? synopsis:
Where do you turn when your nightmares become reality? Stephen and Alicia are a happy young couple living a simple life until Stephen is accused of a mysterious murder.
