Emile Hirsch is on a journey through the depths of his mind in his latest film, "State of Consciousness." Hirsch takes on the role of Stephen, a bewildered man who awakens in a mysterious mental institution, having lost 18 months of his life and all recollection of his past. As Stephen strives to piece together his shattered memories, he grapples with a fundamental question: did he commit a heinous act that led to his current state of confusion? Is there a dark and terrible secret, perhaps even a murder, lurking in the recesses of his mind?

This psychological thriller is directed by Marcus Stokes, a veteran television director known for his work on shows like "The Flash," "Arrow," "The Walking Dead," "Magnum P.I.," "Criminal Minds," and more.

Emile Hirsch shares the screen with Irish-Italian actress Tatjana Nardone, known for her roles in "Medici" and "The Winter King," along with an ensemble cast featuring Kesia Elwin, Robin Mugnani, David Wurawa, and Michael E. Rodgers.
