You might have noticed that movie theaters are quite barren at the moment, much like the vast desert landscape of Arrakis. But while we patiently await new film releases to light up movie screens, there is something promising on the horizon. It looks like a new Timothee Chalamet-led fantasy spectacle, and we're not talking about "Wonka" in this case.

Watch Chalamet as Paul Atreides, as he stares down an army of Fremen warriors and raises his fist in the air to assert his leadership in this new batch of commercials for the highly anticipated sequel "Dune: Part Two."

Directed by the acclaimed Denis Villeneuve, "Dune: Part Two" is building a crazy amount of excitement as it inches closer to its release date. The fervor is so intense that the release of IMAX tickets reportedly caused AMC's website and app to crash, a promising sign for theater owners who have faced a slump in box office numbers this January. Could this "Dune" sequel be the blockbuster movie that every moviegoer has been waiting for? Or are we just high on spice?

Also, starring Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Austin Butler, Rebecca Ferguson, Florence Pugh, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgard, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling, Christopher Walken, and many more, "Dune: Part Two" is set to hit theaters on March 1st, with tickets now available for purchase.

synopsis:

As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet's exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence -- a commodity capable of unlocking humanity's greatest potential -- only those who can conquer their fear will survive. Based on Frank Herbert's seminal bestseller of the same name.
