Despite her recent success with the sleeper hit "Anyone But You," actress Sydney Sweeney is not limiting herself to one genre this year. In addition to her upcoming appearance in the comic book movie "Madame Web" in February, Sweeney is set to diversify her roles by starring in a new nun horror thriller titled "Immaculate," scheduled for release in March.

You can catch a glimpse of Sydney Sweeney's horror chops by watching the official trailer for "Immaculate." In the film, Sweeney portrays Cecilia, a young American nun who travels to Italy to complete her training at a secluded Italian convent. However, she quickly uncovers dark and sinister secrets within the nunnery, turning her educational journey into a living nightmare.

The movie also co-stars Alvaro Morte, Benedetta Porcaroli, Dora Romano, Giorgio Colangeli, and Simona Tabasco.

Directed by filmmaker Michael Mohan, who previously collaborated with Sweeney on the 2021 peeping-tom thriller "The Voyeurs," "Immaculate" is set to hit theaters on March 22nd.
