Netflix has unveiled the official full-length trailer for "3 Body Problem," an ambitious sci-fi series based on the immensely popular science fiction book trilogy "The Three-Body Problem" by Chinese author Liu Cixin.

With executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, the Emmy Award-winning showrunners of "Game of Thrones," this Netflix series delves into the narrative of humanity's startling revelation that we are not alone in the cosmos, and explores the ensuing consequences.

The story commences with a young woman whose pivotal decision in 1960s China ripples through time and space, ultimately affecting a group of brilliant modern-day scientists. As the fundamental laws of nature begin to unravel before their eyes, five former colleagues reunite to confront the most significant threat in human history.

Featuring an impressive international cast, including Jovan Adepo, John Bradley, Liam Cunningham, Alex Sharp, Eiza Gonzalez, Benedict Wong, Jonathan Pryce, Rosalind Chao, Ben Schnetzer, and many others, the series is co-created and executive produced by Alexander Woo (known for "The Terror" and "True Blood") alongside Benioff and Weiss.
