From the creative mind of Diablo Cody, the screenwriter behind "Juno" and "Jennifer's Body," comes a new teen horror-comedy with a retro 1980s twist. Get ready for "Lisa Frankenstein."

Check out the official full-length trailer for the upcoming gothic horror comedy set in the '80s, starring Kathryn Newton, from "Freaky" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania." In the film, Newton portrays a misunderstood teen girl who finds herself falling in love with a newly resurrected corpse, played by "Riverdale" star Cole Sprouse.

The movie also features Liza Soberano, Henry Eikenberry, Joe Chrest, and Carla Gugino in its ensemble cast. Making her directorial debut is actress Zelda Williams, who co-starred in the teen supernatural series "Dead of Summer" and is the daughter of the late, great comedian Robin Williams.

Diablo Cody serves as both the film's writer and producer, once again collaborating with film producer Mason Novick, whose producing credits include "500 Days of Summer" "Juno," "Jennifer's Body," and "Tully."

Set to hit theaters nationwide on February 9th, "Lisa Frankenstein" promises a fresh and entertaining take on the Frankenstein tale, just in time for Valentine's Day.
