"Echo" could shape up to be one of the grittiest and most violent shows in the MCU, and it's no surprise given the return of the iconic Kingpin character -- a merciless crime lord known for his ruthless nature. "Viewer Discretion Advised."

Check out a brand-new trailer for "Echo," the spinoff series from "Hawkeye," which continues to follow the story of Echo (aka Maya Lopez) once again portrayed by rising newcomer Alaqua Cox.

Echo is a deaf Native American Choctaw assassin, raised as the adopted niece of the crime lord, Wilson Fisk, portrayed once more by a shaven-headed Vincent D'Onofrio. In this new Marvel series, Echo, the former leader of the Tracksuit Mafia, unravels the truth surrounding her father's death -- a scheme orchestrated by her "uncle" Wilson Fisk. This revelation propels her on a path of vengeance, and the series will delve into her inner turmoil and her unrelenting quest for justice.

The MCU miniseries also boasts an impressive supporting cast of Native actors, including Chaske Spencer, Graham Greene, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Zahn McClarnon, and Cody Lightning.

"Echo" will be released in its entirety, consisting of five episodes in total, on Disney Plus starting next week, Wednesday, January 10th, with simultaneous availability on Hulu.
