Get a first look peek at Adam Sandler's upcoming film "Spaceman," where he takes on the role of an astronaut dispatched to explore the far reaches of space, only to stumble upon a perplexing ancient entity.
"Spaceman" is an original Netflix movie directed by the accomplished Swedish director Johan Renck, best known for his work on the Emmy Award-winning mini-series "Chernobyl."
This upcoming film is an adaptation of the sci-fi novel "Spaceman of Bohemia" by the renowned Czech writer Jaroslav Kalfar. It follows the journey of Jakub Prochazka, an astronaut who begins to question whether his marriage, which he left behind, will still be waiting for him upon his return to Earth. In his quest to mend his relationship with his wife, he receives unexpected assistance from a mysterious ancient being he encounters hiding within the depths of his spacecraft.
Joining Sandler in the cast are acclaimed actors Carey Mulligan, Paul Dano, Kunal Nayyar, Lena Olin, and Isabella Rossellini.
