"Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco takes a bold leap into the world of action, while "Lawmen: Bass Reeves" sensation David Oyelowo seizes the chance to unveil his comedic talents in the upcoming action comedy, "Role Play," set to make its debut on Amazon Prime in January.

In the upcoming film, David Oyelowo assumes the role of a devoted husband who, following an evening of role-playing to inject some excitement into his marriage, stumbles upon the shocking revelation that his seemingly ordinary suburban wife (portrayed by Cuoco) leads a double life as a hired assassin. Now, he finds himself in the position of having to rescue her from a dangerous predicament, not only to salvage their marriage but also to save his wife's life.

Connie Nielsen and Bill Nighy co-star, while the film is under the direction of Thomas Vincent, a seasoned television director known for his work on "Bodyguard," "Reacher," and "Borgia."
