Pierce Brosnan takes on the role of a contract killer who becomes the target himself after a job goes sideways in the upcoming action thriller "Fast Charlie."

Joining Brosnan in the cast are Morena Baccarin ("Deadpool"), Gbenga Akinnagbe ("The Old Man"), Toby Huss ("Copshop"), Fredric Lehne ("Dexter: New Blood"), Brennan Keel Cook ("The Pale Blue Eye"), and the late James Caan.

The movie follows Charlie Swift (Brosnan), a fixer facing an unusual problem: the target he eliminated is missing his head, and Charlie will only get paid if the body can be identified. Enter Marcie Kramer (Baccarin), the victim's ex-wife, and a woman possessing all the skills Charlie needs to solve this gruesome puzzle.

Directed by Phillip Noyce, known for his work on hit action thrillers like "Salt" and "Clear and Present Danger," and co-written by Richard Wenk, the screenwriter behind "The Equalizer" and "The Protege," "Fast Charlie" is set to hit theaters on December 8th.
