Netflix has released the first-look teaser for "Dead Boy Detectives," the forthcoming supernatural fantasy series based on Neil Gaiman's comic book and set in "The Sandman" universe.
This series, executive produced by producer-writer Steve Yockey ("The Flight Attendant") and producer Greg Berlanti ("You" and the Arrowverse), casts newcomers George Rexstrew and Jayden Revri as Charles and Edwin, two teenage spirits who have chosen to remain on Earth rather than move on to the afterlife. They dedicate themselves to investigating crimes involving the supernatural and the paranormal. Assisting them in their endeavors is a clairvoyant named Crystal, portrayed by Kassius Nelson. Together, they collaborate to unravel some of the most perplexing paranormal cases in the mortal world.
The cast also features Briana Cuoco, Ruth Connell, Yuyu Kitamura, Jenn Lyon, with guest appearances by Lukas Gage and Michael Beach.
"Dead Boy Detectives" is set to arrive on Netflix soon. In the meantime, you can get a glimpse of what's to come in the teaser featured above.
