Kevin Hart leads an international team of thieves in the official trailer for Netflix's upcoming heist action-thriller "Lift."

Directed by action helmer F. Gary Gray, known for directing the blockbusters "The Fate of the Furious," "Straight Outta Compton," and "The Italian Job," the Netflix original movie promises high-stakes action and suspense with a touch of witty humor.

The heist action film centers around Cyrus Whitaker, played by Kevin Hart, a professional thief who is facing federal prison time. In a bid for freedom, he's offered a deal: steal $500 million in gold from a passenger plane at 40,000 feet. To accomplish this dangerous heist, he assembles his team of skilled criminals. It's "Ocean's Eleven" meets "Fast & Furious."

In addition to Hart, the ensemble cast includes Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D'Onofrio, Ursula Corbero, Billy Magnussen, Viveik Kalra, Yun Jee Kim, Sam Worthington, Jacob Batalon, Burn Gorman, and Jean Reno.
