The summer release of Ridley Scott’s sci-fi thriller "Prometheus" divided moviegoers into two camps: those who absolutely loved it, and those who were disappointed by it. But a majority of both camps would agree that the movie featured breathtaking special effects and spellbinding visuals. To prove it, The Moving Picture Company (one of the digital effects studios that worked on Prometheus) has released this awesome 5-minute "VFX breakdown" reel. It's a fascinating look at behind-the-scenes of some mind-blowing work from truly amazing talents.

synopsis:
