Prepare to be moved by a stirring tale about the relentless pursuit of a brighter educational future in the upcoming Spanish-language drama "Radical," starring the beloved Mexican superstar Eugenio Derbez. Based on a true story set in a troubled Mexican border town, this film follows the passionate and frustrated journey of a schoolteacher striving to revolutionize education.

Eugenio Derbez, widely recognized for his comedic roles in films like "Instructions Not Included" and "How to Be a Latin Lover," takes on a more profound and dramatic character in "Radical." In the film, he portrays the determined teacher who embarks on a mission to implement a groundbreaking teaching approach that actively engages his students and offers them a chance at a better future.

"Radical" is directed by Christopher Zalla, known for his previous Sundance-winning Spanish-language drama "Sangre de mi sangre" (also known as "Padre nuestro") in 2007. The screenplay, adapted from Joshua Davis's 2013 Wired article, "A Radical Way of Unleashing a Generation of Geniuses," explores the transformative power of education.

"Radical" is set to premiere in U.S. theaters on November 3rd. Watch the newly-released full trailer above.
