The film weaves together storylines from the hit "Captain Marvel" and the critically acclaimed MCU series "Ms. Marvel" and "WandaVision." It's essentially a mini crossover event that has hardcore Marvel fans buzzing.

In a twist of cosmic destiny, these three extraordinary heroines find themselves swapping places inexplicably whenever they use their powers. A cosmic phenomenon has bound them together, forging an unprecedented connection. Guided by Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), who takes the lead in unraveling the mystery behind this phenomenon, Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau must harness their formidable powers and unite as an unstoppable team.

Zawe Ashton takes on a co-starring role as the film's main antagonist, a powerful Kree warrior named Dar-Benn, driven by a path of vengeance and destruction.

Directed by Nia DaCosta, who previously helmed the recent horror reboot "Candyman," "The Marvels" promises to deliver an exciting mix of cosmic action, playful humor, and heart. The film is set to hit theaters on November 10th.

synopsis:
Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan, Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol's estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team-up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as "The Marvels."
