"Godzilla Minus One" is the latest addition to the ever-evolving kaiju film franchise. It hails from the renowned Japanese movie production studio, TOHO Studios, known for hits like "Godzilla 2000," "Godzilla Final Wars," "Attack on Titan," "Shin Ultraman," and "Shin Godzilla."

The film is both written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, a celebrated filmmaker and visual effects guru in Japan. He's earned numerous accolades for his previous works, including "Returner," "Always: Sunset on Third Street," "Space Battleship Yamato," and "Stand by Me Doraemon." Yamazaki is also recognized for directing the popular manga adaptation "Parasyte" and its sequel.

The cast includes Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, and Kuranosuke Sasaki.
