Check out the official teaser for "Wilderness," the upcoming Amazon Prime original series based on B.E. Jones' novel of the same name. The series stars British actress Jenna Coleman (known for co-starring in "Doctor Who" and "The Sandman") and Australian actor Oliver Jackson-Cohen (from "The Haunting of Hill House" and "The Invisible Man").

The streaming show follows a young British couple (Coleman and Jackson-Cohen) who appear to have the perfect life as they embark on an idyllic vacation to the Grand Canyon, through Yosemite and Las Vegas. However, their dream holiday takes a dark turn as heartbreak transforms into fury and revenge.

British television creator Marnie Dickens, known for her work on series like "Gold Digger" and "Thirteen," serves as the executive producer and writer. The series is directed by So Yong Kim, the filmmaker behind indie movies such as "For Ellen" and "Lovesong."

In addition to Jenna Coleman and Oliver Jackson-Cohen, the cast includes Ashley Benson, Eric Balfour, Claire Rushbrook, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Morgana Van Peebles, Jonathan Keltz, and Talia Balsam.

synopsis:
Liv becomes the actress starring in Will's bad dreams after she learns about his betrayal, and her heartbreak is swiftly followed by another emotion: fury. The couple embark on an American road trip Liv's fantasized about since she was little, from the Grand Canyon on through Yosemite, before ending up with a hedonistic weekend in Las Vegas. For Will, it's a chance to make amends; for Liv, it's a very different prospect -- a landscape where accidents happen all the time. The perfect place to get revenge.
