Henry Cavill's portrayal of Geralt of Rivia, the monster slayer for hire, has reached its conclusion after a successful run in the popular medieval fantasy series "The Witcher." The final episodes featuring Cavill as Geralt can be seen in Volume 2 of Season 3 on Netflix. The season was split into two parts, with the first "volume" premiering on June 29th and the second volume set to premiere later this month. Unfortunately, due to creative differences and scheduling conflicts, Cavill will be departing from the series after this season. Liam Hemsworth has been announced as his replacement for the upcoming Season 4, which is still in progress.
"The Witcher," based on Andrzej Sapkowski's bestselling books and the acclaimed video game franchise, has captivated audiences since its debut in 2019. The show stars Freya Allan as Princess Ciri, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg, and Joey Batey as Jaskier. Volume 2 of Season 3 will begin on July 27th, exclusively on Netflix.
