In a world where "war is inevitable," one must put aside personal grievances to unite against a common adversary, especially if that adversary goes by the name of Thrawn.

Check out the new official full-length trailer for the eagerly anticipated Star Wars series "Ahsoka," featuring Rosario Dawson in the title role as Ahsoka Tano, a former Jedi Padawan who was once Anakin Skywalker's talented apprentice. Now transformed into a fearless lightsaber-wielding warrior, Ahsoka has discovered a new sense of purpose. Her mission is to thwart the impending arrival of Grand Admiral Thrawn, a formidable evil figure with the ability to exert control over the Empire.

The new Disney Plus series, co-created and co-executive produced by "The Mandalorian" masterminds Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau, also stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, a green-skinned former rebellion pilot. She joins forces with Ahsoka, uniting in a shared mission to put an end to the menacing reign of Thrawn.

Meanwhile, Natasha Liu Bordizzo takes on the role of Sabine Wren, a skilled Mandalorian bounty hunter who, in the past, received training from Ahsoka with the intent of becoming a Jedi. Together, they join forces to prevent an impending war orchestrated by Thrawn.

Additionally, the cast includes David Tennant as the voice of a droid named Huyang and Ivanna Sakhno as a villain named Shin Hati. Meanwhile, Irish actor Ray Stevenson, who sadly passed away in May, co-stars as a former Jedi-turned-villain named Baylan Skoll. It will be one of Stevenson's final onscreen performances.

Danish actor Lars Mikkelsen (brother of Mads) takes on the role of the enigmatic blue-skinned Thrawn, adding an intriguing presence to the series.

Considered a live-action continuation of Filoni's acclaimed animated series "Star Wars Rebels," "Ahsoka" is set to premiere exclusively on Disney Plus on August 23rd.
