Call it fate. Call it the hand of destiny. But when two dog owners, who initially appear to harbor a dislike for one another, find themselves reluctantly collaborating as co-parents for their beloved pets, a hint of romance begins to kindle between them.

Check out the official trailer for "Puppy Love," the new romantic comedy that stars Grant Gustin (from CW's The Flash) and Lucy Hale (from CW's Katy Keene) as Nicole and Max. After a disastrous first date, they get a second shot at romance when they unexpectedly cross paths again due to the unlikely connection between their respective dogs.

Co-starring Jane Seymour, Michael Hitchcock, Nore Davis, and Christine Lee, the film is produced by BuzzFeed Studios in partnership with Lionsgate and was inspired by BuzzFeed's viral digital series called "Puppyhood." Additionally, the film is directed by producer Richard Alan Reid and Nicholas Fabiano, and written by Greg Glienna, Peter Stass, Kirsten Guenther, Dan Scheinkman, and Reid.

synopsis:
After a disastrous first date, wild child Nicole and socially anxious Max vow to lose each other's numbers, until they learn that their dogs found a love match, and now puppies are on the way! The hilariously mismatched Nicole and Max are forced to become responsible co-parents, but may end up finding love themselves.
