In this highly-anticipated Peacock original series, based on the beloved PlayStation game franchise, Mackie stars as John Doe, a fearless post-apocalyptic delivery driver navigating a treacherous world reminiscent of the "Mad Max" films. The clip showcases a gritty brawl between Mackie's character and Sweet Tooth, a formidable opponent driving a combat ice cream truck, with the voice of Will Arnett adding a snarky and gruff touch.
The cast of includes Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church, Richard Cabral, Samoa Joe, Neve Campbell, Mike Mitchell, and Chloe Fineman. The series is written by Michael Jonathan Smith, with executive producers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who are the screenwriters of "Deadpool."

Twisted Metal, a half-hour live-action TV series based on the classic PlayStation game series, is a high-octane action comedy, based on an original take by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and written by Michael Jonathan Smith, about a motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With the help of a badass axe-wielding car thief, he’ll face savage marauders driving vehicles of destruction and other dangers of the open road, including a deranged clown who drives an all too familiar ice cream truck.
