Check out the official trailer for Season 2 of the hit Emmy-nominated Showtime series "Yellowjackets," starring Melanie Lynskey, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nelisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sophie Thatcher.

The series, created and executive produced by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson (Narcos), is a psychological survival mystery thriller about the reunion of four old high school soccer teammates after a 25-year absence. They haven't seen one another in public since going through a terrifying life-altering experience involving a terrible plane disaster. They lived in the wild alone for months despite being considered dead at that time. Nevertheless, it appears to be a wonder how they managed to survive. For almost 25 years, the four female survivors have kept it a secret.

Lynskey, Lewis, Ricci, and Cypress play the adult versions of the "Yellowjackets" soccer teammates. Meanwhile, Sophie Nelisse (The Kid Detective), Jasmin Savoy Brown (Scream V and VI), Sammi Hanratty (Shameless), and Sophie Thatcher (The Book of Boba Fett) are playing the same characters in their teens through flashbacks.

The cast includes Ella Purnell, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole, Liv Hewson, Courtney Eaton, and Kevin Alves. Joining the cast of Season 2 are Lord of the Rings' Elijah Wood, Servant's Lauren Ambrose and Obi-Wan Kenobi's Simone Kessell.
