Emma Corrin, the Emmy winner who portrayed a young Princess Diana in Season 4 of the hit Netflix drama "The Crown," now takes on the role of Lady Chatterley in this new British film adaptation of the classic D. H. Lawrence novel, which also stars Jack O'Connell (Godless, The North Water) and Matthew Duckett.

Directed by French actress-turned-filmmaker Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre, who previously helmed the prison-rehab drama "The Mustang," the period drama centers on Lady Chatterley (Corrin), a wealthy and privileged married woman, who finds herself in a loveless marriage, yet engages in a steamy love affair with the estate's gamekeeper, Oliver (played here by Jack O'Connell).

The Netflix original film also costars Joely Richardson, Ella Hunt, and Faye Marsay.

Written by David Magee (Life of Pi, Finding Neverland), "Lady Chatterley's Lover" is set to premiere on December 2nd on Netflix. Watch the newly-released official trailer, above.
