Comedian Ramy Youssef returns with the third season of his acclaimed Hulu comedy series "Ramy," which is loosely based on his own life as a young first-generation Egyptian-American raised in New Jersey.

Also starring Hiam Abbass (Succession), Amr Waked (Salmon Fishing in the Yemen), May Calamawy (Moon Knight), and Laith Nakli (Ms. Marvel) as members of Ramy's family, the series follows Ramy's spiritual journey as a sexually frustrated Muslim-American struggling to balance his faith with what his family and friends expect of him.

The cast also includes fellow comedian Mohammed ('Mo') Amer (from the upcoming Black Adam) and Steve Way who is Ramy's real-life friend from Jersey.

Executive produced by Jerrod Carmichael, and co-created by Ramy Youssef and "On the Count of Three" screenwriters Ari Katcher and Ryan Welch, "Ramy" is set to premiere on September 30th on Hulu. Watch the official Season 3 trailer, above.

Caught between a religious Muslim community who believes life is a moral test and a millennial generation that doubts an afterlife exists, Ramy and his family navigate spirituality in their politically-divided New Jersey neighborhood.

RAMY follows first-generation, Egyptian-American Ramy Hassan (Ramy Youssef) who is on a spiritual journey in his politically-divided New Jersey neighborhood. RAMY brings a new perspective to the screen as it explores the challenges of what it's like to be caught between a religious community who believes life is a moral test, and a millennial generation that doubts an afterlife even exists.
