Check out a couple of new clips and promos for "Moon Knight," Disney and Marvel's supernatural-tinged superhero series starring Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke.
Based on the Marvel comic book character of the same name, "Moon Knight" stars Oscar Isaac as a former CIA-trained mercenary with a dissociative identity disorder who, after a near-death experience, becomes the conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu.
Ethan Hawke co-stars as the main villain, a religious cult leader named Arthur Harrow. "Ramy" actress May Calamawy also co-stars.
Executive produced and created by Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy, TV's The Exorcist), "Moon Knight" is premiering next week beginning on March 30th on Disney Plus.
synopsis:
The story follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc's enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
