Halo — New Official Trailer

Paramount Plus has released the new official trailer for the hotly anticipated streaming series that's based on "Halo," the mega-popular X-Box video game franchise.

Starring Pablo Schreiber (Den of Thieves, American Gods, Orange Is the New Black) as Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, the science-fiction action series is taking place in a futuristic world where humans are at war with aliens known as The Covenant. And the drama centers on a highly advanced super-soldier (Schreiber) who has been scientifically modified to win the war against the Covenant.

Natascha McElhone (Californication, Designated Survivor) co-stars in the series as military scientist Dr.Catherine Halsey who runs the SPARTAN-II Project.

Other cast members are Yerin Ha, Charlie Murphy, Shabana Azmi, Olive Gray, Danny Sapani, and Bokeem Woodbine.

"Halo" is executive produced and written by Kyle Killen (Awake, The Beaver) and Steven Kane (The Last Ship, The Closer), and it's scheduled to premiere on Thursday, March 24th, exclusively on Paramount Plus.
