Check out the new official featurette for "Halloween Kills," featuring a look at some of the fan-favorite "Haddonfield" characters who returned to take on the unstoppable killer Michael Myers.

While picking up immediately where the events of the last movie left off, "Halloween Kills" sees Jamie Lee Curtis back as iconic Halloween massacre survivor Laurie Strode. This time, she finds herself teaming up with a group of survivors from the original "Halloween" films as they go after Michael for a final bloody confrontation.

Co-starring Kyle Richards, Robert Longstreet, Nancy Stephens, Omar Dorsey, James Jude Courtney, Anthony Michael Hall, and Nick Castle, the Jason Blum-produced horror film is once again directed by David Gordon Green, who also co-wrote the script with Scott Teems and "Halloween" superfan/comedian Danny McBride.

"Halloween Kills," which is the second installment of the Michael Myers and Laurie Strode saga, is being released in theaters and on Peacock on October 15th. Meanwhile, "Halloween Ends," the third and final chapter of the Blumhouse-produced Halloween trilogy, is scheduled to be released in Halloween 2022.

synopsis:
And the Halloween night when Michael Myers returned isn't over yet ... Minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie's basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor.

But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie's trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael's first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all.

Evil dies tonight...
