Check out the new 60-second commercial for the new, upcoming Marvel movie "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings."

Featuring new footage of up-and-coming actor Simu Liu (Kim's Convenience) as the titular superhero character, the spot offers a new peek of the highly anticipated superhero feature, which will be MCU's first martial arts film based on the Bruce Lee-inspired comic book character that was created in the early 1970s.

The film, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Short Term 12, Just Mercy), also stars comedian Awkwafina (Raya and the Last Dragon, The Farewell) and legendary Hong Kong actor Tony Leung (Hero, In the Mood for Love) as the supervillain, The Mandarin.

"Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" is being released in theaters on September 3rd.
