Check out a new official behind-the-scenes featurette for "No Time to Die," which delves into Rami Malek's mysterious Bond villain character, Safin.

"What I really wanted from 'Safin' is to make him unsettling," Malek says in this clip. He is talking about his first film role since winning the Oscar for "Bohemian Rhapsody."

It is rumored that Safin is secretly an old Bond villain (possibly Dr. No?) who is just reimagined for a new generation. Theories have been swirling around the internet since the casting news of Malek. Whoever he is, it's clear that Safin is out for revenge, and he's going to give 007 a hell of a time.

Malek continues, "Safin is a formidable adversary ... James Bond has to adapt to that."

Directed and co-written by acclaimed filmmaker Cary Joji Fukunaga (True Detective: Season 1, Beasts of No Nation), the action-spy thriller is the 25th James Bond film, which will mark Daniel Craig's fifth and final Bond outing.

Co-starring Lashana Lynch (Captain Marvel) and Ana de Armas (Knives Out) with Lea Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, and Jeffrey Wright returning to the cast, "No Time to Die" is now slated to be released in theaters in October 2021.
