An official teaser has been released for Season 4 of FX's crime anthology series "Fargo," which casts comedian Chris Rock as the head of a powerful African American crime family and comic actor Jason Schwartzman as a hot-headed mafia boss.

From Emmy-winning series creator Noah Hawley, who also directs the first couple of episodes, the offbeat series takes place amid the racial turbulence of the 1950s in Kansas City, Missouri. The new season centers on the tense standoff between two warring criminal families -- a local African American crime family and the invading Italian mafia.

In addition to Rock and Schwartzman, the cast of Season 4 includes Glynn Turman, Ben Whishaw, Jessie Buckley, Timothy Olyphant, Uzo Aduba, Jack Huston, and many more.

"Fargo: Season 4" was originally scheduled to premiere back in April but was eventually delayed because of the quarantine. The series will return on September 27th on the FX cable channel and also on FX on Hulu.

synopsis:
The fourth installment of FARGO is set in 1950 Kansas City, where two criminal syndicates fighting for a piece of the American dream have struck an uneasy peace. Chris Rock stars as Loy Cannon, the head of the African American crime family who trades sons with the head of the Italian mafia as part of tenuous truce.
