Check out the new official trailer for "Artemis Fowl," Disney's new kid-friendly action-adventure movie about a brilliant twelve-year-old boy whose genius skills are put to the test when his master-thief father (played by Colin Farrell) is suddenly kidnapped by magical creatures.
The film, directed by British actor/filmmaker Kenneth Branagh (Murder on the Orient Express, Thor), is based on the first installment of the best-selling fantasy book series by Eoin Colfer.
Costarring Josh Gad, Nonzo Anozie, Hong Chau, and Judi Dench, "Artemis Fowl" was originally scheduled to be released in theaters in May.
But due to the current and ongoing Coronavirus quarantine, the film has been rescheduled and will now be released exclusively on Disney's new streaming platform, Disney Plus, beginning June 12th.
