The first official teaser has been released for "Miracle Workers: Dark Ages," the second season of the TBS anthology comedy series starring Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi.

From Simon Rich, creator of "Man Seeking Woman," and executive produced by SNL honcho Lorne Michaels, the first season was based on Rich's acclaimed comedy novel about two low-level angels who, while working at a badly mismanaged corporation in Heaven, get assigned to handle all of humanity's prayers.

Season 2 will feature the same cast: Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan (Blockers), Karan Soni (Deadpool), Jon Bass (Baywatch), and Lolly Adefope (Shrill).

However, these actors will be playing totally different characters. And the setting of the show has also been switched from Heaven to the Dark Ages with Radcliffe playing a young, halfwitted prince who takes over his father's kingdom in a time of great inequality and stupidity.

"Miracle Workers: Dark Ages" is currently set to premiere on January 28, 2020 on TBS. Watch the teaser, above.

synopsis:
MIRACLE WORKERS: DARK AGES centers upon a group of medieval villagers trying to stay positive in an age of extreme income inequality, poor healthcare, and widespread ignorance.

This 10-episode installment will feature Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni, Jon Bass, and Lolly Adefope returning in new roles and facing new challenges.
