Action star Steven Seagal was once deemed "above the law," but now he's going beyond it. Check out the official trailer for Seagal's latest action flick "Beyond the Law," which also stars rapper DMX and Johnny Messner.

Produced and directed by b-movie action filmmaker James Cullen Bressack (Bethany, Blood Craft), the crime thriller follows an ex-detective and an ex-mobster-turned-businessman as they become unlikely partners when taking on crooked cops and the mob in an effort to exact revenge on their common foes.

The film co-stars Zack Ward (Z Nation, Postal), Chester Rushing (Stranger Things: Season 2), and Bill Cobbs (Oz the Great and Powerful, Demolition Man).

"Beyond the Law" is being released in select theaters and on VOD beginning December 6th.
