Check out a new extended red band commercial for the eagerly awaited sci-fi action sequel "Terminator: Dark Fate."
Linda Hamilton returns as badass Terminator hunter Sarah Conner in this new, direct sequel to the first two original "Terminator" films.
The new installment sees Sarah becoming the unlikely protector of a future mother-to-be, a young Mexican woman named Dani Ramos, who discovers the "most lethal terminator ever created" (played by Gabriel Luna) has been sent from the future to kill her.
Mackenzie Davis (Blade Runner 2049) also stars as Grace, an enhanced human/cyborg super soldier who has been tasked with protecting Dani at all costs -- because if Dani dies, so does the future of humanity.
Grace, Sarah and Dani get a helping hand from an aging T-800 model (again played by Terminator iconic action star Arnold Schwarzenegger), who has been keeping a low profile over the past decades. He has also developed more human-like behaviors and has taken the name "Carl." But don't expect Sarah to call him that anytime soon.
The film is directed by "Deadpool" helmer Tim Miller and produced by James Cameron, who also oversaw the film's writing process.
"Terminator: Dark Fate" arrives in theaters November 1st. Tickets are on sale, now.

Welcome to the day after Judgment Day.
More than two decades have passed since Sarah Connor prevented Judgment Day, changed the future, and re-wrote the fate of the human race. Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) is living a simple life in Mexico City with her brother (Diego Boneta) and father when a highly advanced and deadly new Terminator -- a Rev-9 (Gabriel Luna) -- travels back through time to hunt and kill her. Dani's survival depends on her joining forces with two warriors: Grace (Mackenzie Davis), an enhanced super-soldier from the future, and a battle-hardened Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). As the Rev-9 ruthlessly destroys everything and everyone in its path on the hunt for Dani, the three are led to a T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) from Sarah’s past that may be their last best hope.
