Netflix has released the official U.S. trailer for Season 5 of the critically acclaimed British gangster drama "Peaky Blinders."

The 1920s crime series, created and written by acclaimed screenwriter Steven Knight (Taboo, Eastern Promises), sees the return of Cillian Murphy (Dunkirk) as Tommy Shelby, a former decorated WWI hero turned Irish mob boss who, with his aunt and brothers, has been running a notorious street gang in Birmingham, England since returning home from the war.

Set during the aftermath of the 1929 stock market crash, Season 5 will see Tommy confronting new underworld rivals as he tries to maintain control of his gang as they go to war over new territory.

The cast includes returning actors Helen McCrory (Skyfall), Paul Anderson (The Revenant), Sophie Rundle (Bodyguard), Finn Cole (Animal Kingdom), Charlie Murphy (Happy Valley), and Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones).

Meanwhile, Sam Claflin (The Hunger Games), Anya Taylor-Joy (Split, The Witch) and Brian Gleeson (Phantom Thread, Logan Lucky) have been added to the cast of Season 5, in which director Anthony Byrne (His Dark Materials, Ripper Street) helms all six episodes.

Although currently airing in the U.K., "Peaky Blinders: Season 5" will make its U.S. debut next month, beginning Friday, October 4th on Netflix.
