USA Network has released the official trailer for the fourth and final season of "Mr. Robot," the award-winning drama starring Oscar-and-Emmy winner Rami Malek and Golden Globe-winner Christian Slater.

The series, created and directed by Emmy-nominee Sam Esmail (Homecoming), returns after a nearly two-year break to deliver the final chapter of Elliot's journey.

Elliot Alderson (Malek) is a paranoid cyber-security engineer who moonlights as a computer-hacking vigilante. After launching a viral cyber revolt against the billionaire class, Elliot discovers that he has psychologically manifested an alternative personality named "Mr. Robot" who happens to resemble his dead father (Slater). While teetering on the edge of insanity, Elliot finds he's unable to control his anti-corporation hacktivist revolution, let alone his own mind.

The final season will take place during the 2015 Christmas holiday season and will see Elliot confronting his inner demons and his internal struggles with his Mr. Robot alter-ego.

In addition to Malek and Slater, the cast features Portia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, Gloria Reuben, and BD Wong.
