In an isolated northern town where all adults have been killed off by a strange deadly virus, teenagers are suddenly left to defend themselves. They soon turn the whole town into a lawless battleground between two rival gangs. It's the poor kids versus the rich kids!

Check out the trailer for "Riot Girls," a teenage wasteland thriller starring Madison Iseman (from Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Annabelle Comes Home) and Paloma Kwiatkowski (from TV's Bates Motel) as Nat and Scratch, two teen punk-rockers from the poor side of the East bridge. When scavenging for basic supplies, Nat and Scratch find themselves going up against a group of dickhead jocks who have steadily grown more barbaric and violent since the decline of civilization.

The cast also includes Alexandre Bourgeois (The New Romantic), Ajay Friese (TV's Lost in Space), and Munro Chambers (Turbo Kid).

Former horror magazine editor Jovanka Vuckovic directs from a script written by television writer Katherine Collins (Blindspot, Lost in Space). Vuckovic previously wrote and directed the segment, "The Box," for the 2017 all-female horror anthology film "XX."

"Riot Girls" is premiering now at this year's Fantasia International Film Festival. It's also scheduled to hit theaters and VOD on September 13th.
