Florence Pugh (Fighting with My Family, Outlaw King) and Jack Reynor (Sing Street, Transformers: Age of Extinction) star in this spine-chilling head-scratcher as an American couple who, despite facing the threat of a possible breakup, has agreed to travel to Sweden for a spiritual harvest festival. Once there, they partake in festivities that quickly go from charming to chilling as they gradually realize it's an outdoor festival run by a strange Swedish cult.
Co-starring Will Poulter (Black Mirror: Bandersnatch) and William Jackson Harper (TV's The Good Place), "Midsommar" is opening in theaters everywhere on July 3rd.

Dani and Christian are a young American couple with a relationship on the brink of falling apart. But after a family tragedy keeps them together, a grieving Dani invites herself to join Christian and his friends on a trip to a once-in-a-lifetime midsummer festival in a remote Swedish village. What begins as a carefree summer holiday in a land of eternal sunlight takes a sinister turn when the insular villagers invite their guests to partake in festivities that render the pastoral paradise increasingly unnerving and viscerally disturbing.
