"Ready Player One" actress Olivia Cooke stars as a young, financially struggling waitress who resorts to prostitution to fund her lifelong dream of moving out of her small drab town in "Katie Says Goodbye," an indie character-driven drama that also stars Christopher Abbott (Catch-22) and Mireille Enos (The Killing).

The film, which premiered back in 2016 at the Toronto International Film Festival, is the first feature effort from writer-director Wayne Roberts, who just made the teacher-in-crisis dramedy "The Professor" with Johnny Depp.

Co-starring Mary Steenburgen, Jim Belushi, Chris Lowell, and Keir Gilchrist, "Katie Says Goodbye," which struggled for years to secure a U.S. distributor, is finally being released in select theaters and on VOD starting June 7th. Watch the official trailer, above.
