The official final restricted trailer has been released for "Booksmart," a coming-of-age teen comedy from producers Adam McKay and Will Ferrell, in which actress Olivia Wilde makes her directorial debut.
The film stars Beanie Feldstein (Lady Bird, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising) and Kaitlyn Dever (Last Man Standing, Detroit) as Molly and Amy, a pair of book-smart best friends who have dedicated themselves to their school studies.
After spending their entire high school years trying to get into good colleges, Molly and Amy have decided to finally throw caution to the wind, and let loose. On the night of their high school graduation, they agree to prove to their fellow classmates that they are both smart and fun, and are not one-dimensional losers.
Co-starring Molly Gordon, Jessica Williams, Skyler Gisondo, Billie Lourd, Lisa Kudrow, Will Forte, Jason Sudeikis, and Michael Patrick O'Brien, "Booksmart" is opening this Friday, May 24th.
