A brand-new "restricted" profanity-laced trailer has been released for "The Dead Don't Die," Jim Jarmusch's star-studded horror comedy, which is set against the zombie apocalypse.

In the film, Bill Murray stars as a small-town sheriff who, along with his two deputies (played by Adam Driver and Chloe Sevigny), is investigating a strange murder scene, which turns out to be the result of a zombie outbreak as the dead start to rise from their graves. Now they must drive around their sleepy town to alert the townsfolk. Well, maybe not Farmer Miller as they just drove past his place.

Also co-starring Tilda Swinton as a samurai sword-wielding mortician, the film features supporting turns by Selena Gomez, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, and Caleb Landry Jones while Iggy Pop and Carol Kane play a couple of flesh-eating zombies.

"The Dead Don't Die" will have its world premiere this week at the Cannes Film Festival. And it's slated to hit theaters on June 14th.

synopsis:
In the sleepy small town of Centerville, something is not quite right. The moon hangs large and low in the sky, the hours of daylight are becoming unpredictable, and animals are beginning to exhibit unusual behaviors. No one quite knows why. News reports are scary and scientists are concerned. But no one foresees the strangest and most dangerous repercussion that will soon start plaguing Centerville: THE DEAD DON'T DIE -- they rise from their graves and savagely attack and feast on the living, and the citizens of the town must battle for their survival.

From writer-director Jim Jarmusch comes a star-studded horror comedy featuring an ensemble cast of Jarmusch regulars and newcomers to the fold in a raucous, rueful and satirical glimpse at American habits and desires at the end of the world -- a comically terrifying state of the nation addressed in a true cinematic original.
