Check out the first official teaser for "The Righteous Gemstones," McBride's new HBO comedy series in which he stars alongside John Goodman and Adam Devine as a dysfunctional family of famous evangelical preachers.
Exploring the highly lucrative world of televangelism, with a satirical bent, "The Righteous Gemstones" is executive produced by McBride, along with his frequent producing partners, filmmakers Jody Hill and David Gordon Green with whom McBride also produced and wrote the hit HBO comedies "Eastbound & Down" and "Vice Principals."
Co-starring Edi Patterson (from "Vice Principals ") and Cassidy Freeman (from "Longmire"), "The Righteous Gemstones: Season 1" is slated to premiere in August, only on HBO.
