The ladies of Saturday Night Live are back together in this mini SNL reunion of sorts.

Check out the official trailer for the forthcoming female-led Netflix comedy "Wine Country," which is directed and co-starring Amy Poehler.

Featuring some of Poehler's former SNL castmates, including Rachel Dratch, Maya Rudolph, Paula Pell, Ana Gasteyer, and Tina Fey, the R-rated comedy follows a group of lifelong female friends as they reunite to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday by taking a weekend cruise through Napa Valley, better known as California's wine country.

Based on a story co-written by Poehler, and a screenplay written by former SNL writers Liz Cackowski and Emily Spivey, both of whom also co-star in the film.

"Wine Country" will be released in select theaters on May 10th. It will also be made available to stream on Netflix on that same date.

In honor of Rebecca's (Rachel Dratch) 50th birthday, Abby (Amy Poehler) plans a scenic Napa getaway with their best, longtime friends. Workaholic Catherine (Ana Gasteyer), post-op Val (Paula Pell), homebody Jenny (Emily Spivey), and weary mom Naomi (Maya Rudolph) are equally sold on the chance to relax and reconnect. Yet as the alcohol flows, real world uncertainties intrude on the punchlines and gossip, and the women begin questioning their friendships and futures.
