It's Pennyworth ... Alfred Pennyworth.

Step aside James Bond, there's a new badass British agent -- and this is his origin story set decades before the world would know him as Batman's faithful butler.

Check out the first official teaser for "Pennyworth," the forthcoming Batman-prequel, DC origin series, which hails from the producers of "Gotham," Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon.

Set to debut later in the summer exclusively on EPIX, the ten-episode action drama stars Jack Bannon (The Imitation Game) as a young Alfred Pennyworth.

Set in 1960s London, Alfred is a former British SAS soldier who has started his own successful security company. He is eventually hired to work with a young billionaire industrialist named Thomas Wayne, played here by Ben Aldridge (Fleabag, Reign).

The series also co-stars British singer Paloma Faith, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett, Ryan Fletcher, Jason Flemyng, and Polly Walker.
