This is a Los Angeles love story between a young pixie lesbian and a young bi-sexual fashionista with a secret sugar daddy.

Check out the trailer for "Daddy Issues," a stylish lesbian love drama that stars Madison Lawlor as Maya, an aspiring digital artist who falls in love with Jasmine, a popular Instagram star and L.A. fashion designer (played by Montana Manning). Their lesbian relationship is soon tested when Jasmine reveals herself to be sexually fluid ... and is also currently in a kinky cosplay relationship with a generous sugar daddy (Andrew Pifko).

Writer-director Amara Cash makes her feature film debut with "Daddy Issues," which not only explores lesbian-centric themes, but also themes of alternative lifestyles and alternative sexual identities, with a pastel flair.

Winner of the Audience Award at the 2018 L.A. Outfest, "Daddy Issues" is being released in theaters and on VOD April 19th.

synopsis:
DADDY ISSUES follows Maya, a 19-year-old queer pixie, spends her escaping into her drawing and social media cyberstalking her insta-crush, the sexually fluid fashion designer, Jasmine. One night Maya boldly meets Jasmine IRL, there's an insta-spark and the two begin an inspiring romantic relationship that gives Maya her first taste of true love and Jasmine the inspiration she needs to jump start her career. It's all gumdrops and fairytales until Maya discovers Jasmine's in a co-dependent relationship with a neurotic sugar daddy. What started as a dream come true turns into a beautiful nightmare.
