Three ordinary 12-year-old boys spend an entire day being bad and hilariously profane in the first official red band trailer for the upcoming Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg-produced sixth-grader comedy "Good Boys."

Starring Jacob Tremblay (Room, The Predator), Brady Noon (HBO's Boardwalk Empire), and Keith L. Williams (TV's The Last Man On Earth), the R-rated film takes place in one day during which three sixth grade boys and best friends try to retrieve their missing drone, only to suffer through a series of profanity-filled misadventures, involving angry next-door neighbors, teenage drug dealers, local cops, and frat guys.

Co-starring Molly Gordon (Life of the Party) and Midori Francis (Ocean's Eight), "Good Boys" is directed by Emmy-nominated "The Office" producer-writer Gene Stupnitsky, who also co-wrote the script with his writing partner Lee Eisenberg (Bad Teacher).

Set to make its world premiere today at the SXSW Film Festival, "Good Boys" is scheduled to hit theaters on August 16th.

synopsis:
Just how bad can one day get? The creative minds behind SUPERBAD, PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, and SAUSAGE PARTY take on sixth grade hard in the outrageous comedy, GOOD BOYS.

After being invited to his first kissing party, 12-year-old Max (Jacob Tremblay) is panicking because he doesn't know how to kiss. Eager for some pointers, Max and his best friends Thor (Brady Noon) and Lucas (Keith L. Williams) decide to use Max's dad's drone -- which Max is forbidden to touch -- to spy (they think) on a teenage couple making out next door.

But when things go ridiculously wrong, the drone is destroyed. Desperate to replace it before Max's dad (Will Forte) gets home, the boys skip school and set off on an odyssey of epically bad decisions involving some accidentally stolen drugs, frat-house paintball, and running from both the cops and terrifying teenage girls (Molly Gordon and Midori Francis).
