Check out the official trailer for Season 2 of Amazon's offbeat superhero series "The Tick," which is created and executive produced by cartoonist Ben Edlund, who also created the cult satirical comic book of the same name.
Griffin Newman returns to star as Arthur Everest, a former accountant who becomes the superhero sidekick of the overly fearless blue-suited crime fighter known as The Tick (again played by British comedian Peter Serafinowicz).
Season 2 will find The Tick and Arthur back in action as they join AEGIS, a superhero organization that has set up shop in the city to promote a new wave of superheroes.
Yara Martinez (Jane the Virgin) also returns to play Miss Lint, an evil terrorist with electrical powers, who seeks to launch a new alliance of supervillains. Other returning cast members include Scott Speiser, Valorie Curry, and Brendan Hines.
"The Tick: Season 2" is due to premiere April 5th on Amazon Prime.

In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with no superpowers comes to realize his city is owned by a super villain. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero.
